Annual Report 2023

2023 Annual Report – Home

The Board of Trustees are pleased to publish the Iveagh Trust’s Annual Report for 2023.

In this year’s Annual Report, Kiln View resident Deborah Donnelly reflects on her journey to finding a new place to call home within one of our newest communities, Kiln View in Clayfarm.

The Iveagh Trust proudly oversees a total of 1,692 homes, with a goal to deliver an additional 800 homes by the end of 2027.

In May, the Trust celebrated the completion of 28 new homes in Miller’s Glen. This marks a significant milestone in our journey in Swords, which began in 2005 with the opening of the Applewood Estate—our first venture beyond the traditional Dublin city-centre heartland.

These latest additions bring the total number of Iveagh Trust homes in Miller’s Glen to 42, building on the 14 homes previously completed.

The Trust extends its heartfelt gratitude to Mr. Tom Keefe for his generous donation to the Kevin Street community room, affectionately known as Rita’s Room in memory of his late wife, Rita. His support has transformed the space into a hub for residents and the wider Kevin Street community. Rita’s room hosts a range of activities and serves as a venue for various events and programmes.

We hope, as always, that the Annual Report presents a portrait of the Trust’s wide range of activities as well as providing key information on our governance and finance.
