Located off the Ballyogan Road in Leopardstown, Clay Farm is the Trust’s first venture in Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown.
Developed by Park Developments, the Trust acquired 68 homes across three blocks under Part V of the Planning and Development Acts in conjunction with our partners in the Local Authority, Department of Housing and the Housing Finance Agency.
